b) ISO 9001:2008 Internal auditor course
c) Knowledge Management Framework
2) All Principals/HoDs should be trained upto
a) Six Sigma Black Belt level
b) ISO 9001:2008 Lead Auditor course
c) Knowledge Management Framework
3) All administrative staff in academic institutions should be trained in Kaizen/Quality circle/Brainstorming/Feedback techniques
3) All administrative staff in academic institutions should be trained in Kaizen/Quality circle/Brainstorming/Feedback techniques
4) All university vice-chancellors should be trained upto Master Black Belt level
5) 10% grace marks for students who involve in Process excellence initiatives like NCC & NSS students
